In multiple posts on the Chinese social media app Weibo, Vivo has teased that both the Vivo X300 and Vivo X300 Pro will come equipped with the Zeiss 2.35x teleconverter, a feature that was previously exclusive to the Vivo X200 Ultra. For the first time, the standard X300 will include this advanced imaging tool, along with a new Silver teleconverter to complement its natural colour palette.
The teleconverter will support multiple shooting scenarios, including landscapes, candid photography, portraits, and professional scenes, enabling users to capture professional-grade telephoto shots. Earlier, Vivo had also teased the Vivo X300 Pro’s 200MP periscope telephoto sensor with sample images shared online.

The Vivo X300 Pro’s global model listed under model name V2514 recently appeared on Geekbench. While the name wasn’t specified, its earlier SDPPI certification confirmed the model belongs to the X300 Pro. Details of the Geekbench listing were shared by tipster Anvin @ZionsAnvin on X (formerly Twitter).
The prototype achieved a single-core score of 3,471 and a multi-core score of 10,269, surpassing the 10,000 mark. CPU details show an 8-core setup including 4 cores at 2.70GHz, 3 cores at 3.50GHz, and a prime core clocked at 4.21GHz. The GPU listed is Mali-G1 Ultra-MC2, indicating the presence of the Dimensity 9500 SoC.
Other specs from the listing include Android 16, most likely running OriginOS 6 instead of FuntouchOS, as Vivo recently renamed its FuntouchOS India profile page to OriginOS. At least one 16GB RAM variant is confirmed.
By comparison, the standard Vivo X300 global variant appeared on Geekbench as well but did not cross the 10,000 multi-core score threshold. Since these are prototype benchmarks, real-world performance will only be clear after retail units launch.
