We already know that Vivo is preparing to unveil its next-generation Vivo X300 series. Just days before the official launch, new details about the battery capacities and charging features of the Vivo X300 and Vivo X300 Pro have surfaced online. Here’s what we know.

According to a leak from tipster Anvin @ZionsAnvin on X (formerly Twitter), the Vivo X300 will be equipped with a 6,040mAh battery, while the X300 Pro will house an even larger 6,510mAh unit. Both models will reportedly support 90W wired fast charging and wireless charging capabilities, as previously hinted through 3C certification.

The images in the post also highlight other key specifications including the 4.21GHz MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset, 16GB of physical RAM, 16GB of virtual RAM expansion, and up to 1TB of internal storage, confirming these as top-tier flagship offerings.

Meanwhile, Vivo Product Manager Han Boxiao has officially confirmed that both the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro will feature a USB-C 3.2 port. This is a step up from last year’s Vivo X200, which was limited to USB 2.0 support. However, the Vivo X200 Pro already had USB 3.2 and now, the upcoming X300 series will bring this feature across both models.

Similarly, iQOO Product Director Galant V confirmed that the upcoming iQOO 15 will also include a USB-C 3.2 port.

Vivo X30 0 and X300 Pro – Key Specifications (Revealed)

Vivo has already teased several premium features for the X300 lineup. Both smartphones will sport BOE Q10 Plus Eye-Protection Displays, a Zeiss 200MP camera system, and a Zeiss 2.35x teleconverter for enhanced photography.

In terms of design, the X300 series will come in nature-inspired colour variants. These include –

  • Vivo X300 in Lucky Color, Cozy Purple, Free Blue, and Pure Black
  • Vivo X300 Pro in Wilderness Brown, Simple White, Free Blue, and Pure Black

Under the hood, both devices will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 SoC, paired with up to 16GB LPDDR5x RAM and 1TB UFS 4.1 storage.

The Vivo X300 will feature a 6.31-inch OLED display, while the X300 Pro will get a larger 6.78-inch OLED panel. Both screens will support 1.5K resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor.

Vivo X300 Series Launch Date and Other Products

The Vivo X300 series featuring the Vivo X300 and Vivo X300 Pro is scheduled to launch in China on October 13, 2025. Vivo will also debut other products on the same day, including the Vivo Pad 5e tablet, Vivo TWS 5 earbuds, and the Vivo Watch GT 2 smartwatch.

In related news, the Vivo X300 FE, a more affordable version expected for global and Indian markets, has been spotted on the EEC certification database, following its earlier IMEI listing.
