Vivo has officially unveiled its latest Vivo X300 series in China, which includes the Vivo X300 and Vivo X300 Pro. Both smartphones come powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset and bring a host of performance, camera, and design upgrades over their predecessors. The Vivo X300 Pro starts at CNY 5,299 (approx. ₹65,900) for the 12GB + 256GB version. The 16GB + 512GB and 16GB + 1TB variants are priced at CNY 5,999 (approx. ₹74,600) and CNY 6,699 (approx. ₹83,300), respectively. The Vivo X300 Pro features a 6.78-inch 1.5K (2,800×1,216 pixels) flat BOE Q10+ LTPO OLED display with 120Hz refresh rate and Circular Polarisation 2.0 for improved outdoor visibility. Under the hood, it runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 SoC, paired with LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.1 storage. It comes preloaded with OriginOS 6 based on Android 16.

In the camera department, the X300 Pro boasts a triple rear setup featuring a 50MP Sony LYT-828 main sensor with OIS, a 50MP Samsung JN1 ultra-wide lens, and a 200MP periscope telephoto camera with OIS. The setup supports Zeiss’ 2.35× telephoto teleconverter as an optional add-on. Vivo’s V3+ (post-processing) and VS1 (pre-processing) imaging chips handle image optimisation.
