It seems Vivo’s upcoming V70 series is taking shape as the standard Vivo V70 has now been spotted. According to the leaked details of the phone on the Geekbench benchmarking platform, we are getting confirmation on some key hardware details.
This follows recent sightings of the Vivo V70 Lite 4G on Bluetooth SIG and FCC certifications, which revealed several early specifications. Anyhow, here’s what we know about the Vivo V70 based on the recent leak.
The Geekbench listing details of the Vivo V70 were posted on X (formerly Twitter) by tipster Anvin @ZionsAnvin. It discloses that the upcoming Vivo V70 will be powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset, the same processor that drives its predecessor the Vivo V60.

Although the exact chip name isn’t mentioned, the CPU and GPU specifications listed in the benchmark make it clear that it belongs to Qualcomm’s 7-series lineup.
The listing also confirms that the device will feature 8GB of RAM and run Android 16 out of the box. In performance tests, the Vivo V70 scored 1235 points in the single-core test and 3920 points in the multi-core test, suggesting solid mid-range performance. Other specifications of the phone remain undisclosed for now.
Reports suggest that Vivo plans to launch the V70 series in the first quarter of 2026. Currently, the company is focusing on the Vivo X300 series, which is being teased across several Asian markets and is expected to debut in India during the first week of December.
Once the X300 lineup is unveiled, Vivo is likely to begin teasing the V70 series in the weeks that follow.
In addition to the V70 lineup, Vivo is preparing to launch the Vivo S50 and S50 Pro Mini in China this December. The S50 Pro Mini is rumoured to be rebranded as the Vivo X300 FE for global markets, while the S50 could share its design and features with the upcoming Vivo V70.
