Vivo has officially launched the Vivo T4 Ultra 5G in India, following up last year’s T3 Ultra. This new model comes with a flagship-level curved OLED display, a powerful MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ chip and a versatile triple-camera setup that includes a periscope lens. Here’s everything you need to know.
The Vivo T4 Ultra sports a 6.78-inch quad-curved OLED display with a crisp 1.5K resolution (2800 x 1260 pixels) and a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. It supports 5,000 nits peak brightness and 2160Hz PWM dimming to reduce eye strain.
The screen is protected by Schott Xensation α glass and has an in-display fingerprint scanner. The phone is IP64 rated for dust and water resistance, measures 7.43mm thick and weighs 192 grams.
Under the hood, the phone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ processor, paired with LPDDR5 RAM, UFS 3.1 storage, and up to 12GB virtual RAM. It packs a 5,500mAh battery with 90W fast charging and support for reverse charging.

The T4 Ultra features a 32MP front camera that supports 4K video recording. On the back, there’s a 50MP Sony IMX921 main sensor with OIS, an 8MP ultrawide lens and a 50MP IMX882 periscope camera. The periscope lens offers 3x optical zoom, 10x telephoto macro, and up to 100x digital zoom.
The device runs Android 15 with Funtouch OS 15 and Vivo is promising three major Android updates and four years of security patches. It comes with several AI tools like AI Note Assist, Circle to Search, AI Transcript Assist, and AI Call Translation.
Other features include dual stereo speakers, a large 4362mm² vapor chamber cooling system, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, and USB-C.

The Vivo T4 Ultra starts at Rs 37,999 for the 8GB/256GB variant. The 12GB/256GB and 12GB/512GB versions are priced at Rs 39,999 and Rs 41,999, respectively. It comes in Phoenix Gold and Meteor Grey colour options.
The phone will go on sale starting June 18 via Flipkart, Vivo India’s website, and offline stores.
Launch offers include a Rs 3,000 instant discount with select bank cards, up to Rs 5,000 exchange bonus, and up to 9 months of no-cost EMI.
Compared to the previous generation device, the T4 Ultra has a brighter display (5,000 nits) than the T3 Ultra’s 4,500 nits, but a slightly smaller screen size.
The new Dimensity 9300+ replaces the older Dimensity 9200+, promising better performance. A major upgrade is the 50MP periscope lens with 10x telephoto macro, which wasn’t available on the T3 Ultra. However, the front camera drops to 32MP from 50MP.
The model also gets 90W fast charging, which is a bump from 80W on the previous model.
As for durability features, the T4 Ultra gets an IP64 rating, slightly lower than the IP68 rating on the T3 Ultra.
