Vivo is gearing up to launch its next T-series device in India, the Vivo T4 Pro. According to an official teaser, the phone is scheduled to debut on August 26. In terms of competition, the phone is expected to go head-to-head with the Realme P4 Pro. Both phones run on the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 processor, which makes them perfectly competitive devices in the under 30K category. Vivo has already confirmed several key details about the upcoming phone. So, based on leaks and official teasers, here’s what we know so far.
Positioned below the Vivo T4 Ultra, the T4 Pro will carry a price tag between Rs 25,000 and Rs 30,000 in India. It will be offered in two colour options, blue and gold.
The Vivo T4 Pro sports a quad-curved display on the front, while the back features a camera island design similar to the Vivo V60 and X200 FE. However, unlike those models, the T4 Pro skips the Zeiss branding, hinting that it’s more performance-driven than photography-focused.
Even so, the phone stands out with its periscope telephoto camera, making it the only device in its segment to offer this feature.
On the front, the T4 Pro comes with an FHD+ AMOLED display and a slim profile measuring just 7.53mm. For enhanced zoom photography, it houses a Sony IMX882 50MP periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom.
Powering the device is the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset, a significant upgrade over the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 found in last year’s Vivo T3 Pro. The phone is also backed by a massive 6,500mAh battery, and while not officially confirmed, reports suggest support for 90W fast charging.
