Vivo is gearing up to introduce its Vivo S50 series in China this month. Ahead of the official debut, the company has now teased all the colour options for the standard Vivo S50 model. The new update highlights four distinct colour finishes including a brand-new shade debuting with this series. Here’s what we know based on the latest teasers.
According to the latest teasers Vivo has shared on its official Weibo account, the Vivo S50 will be available in four colour choices. The brand has posted multiple teaser posters of colour variants namely Confession (White), Inspiration Purple, Gentle Blue, and Space Black.

Among these, the Confession variant is a fresh addition to Vivo’s lineup. The company describes it as a shade featuring “a touch of White that harmonises both sunshine and the first snow,” hinting at a soft, elegant aesthetic previously reported in earlier leaks.

The Inspiration Purple option is said to offer a dreamy, romantic feel, while Gentle Blue brings a refreshing and energetic charm. Meanwhile, Space Black aims to deliver a warm, calm, and soothing presence. Notably, Inspiration Purple will also be available for the Vivo S50 Pro mini model, and recent updates on Weibo indicate that the Confession colour may be introduced for the Pro mini as well.

Earlier appearances on Geekbench and China’s 3C certification site confirmed multiple specifications for the Vivo S50. The standard model is expected to come with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset, Android 16, up to 16GB RAM, and support for 90W wired fast charging.
Vivo has also confirmed several premium features for the S50 lineup, including a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint 2.0 sensor, IP69 + IP68 dual-level water resistance, LPDDR5X (9600Mbps) RAM, and UFS 4.1 storage.
Additional design elements include a squircle-shaped rear camera module, an aerospace-grade aluminium frame, and construction enhanced by a satin lithography process, offering both durability and aesthetic refinement.
The Vivo S50 series is scheduled to launch in China in December 2025 with pre-bookings already open. However, the company has yet to officially announce the exact launch date.
