Vivo S16 Series to be Launched Soon; Specifications Speculated

Vivo is one of the most popular Chinese brands that many people find reliable, which is why the news of the upcoming Vivo S16 Series, Vivo S16 and Vivo S16 Pro, has left users excited at the prospect of trying out a new smartphone from the tech giant.

Highlights

• Vivo V16 series has passed the 3C Certification platform and will be available soon
• Both smartphones will be 5G handsets with model numbers V2244A and V2245A
• The launch date has not been revealed although it is speculated to come out by December 2022 or early 2023.

Vivo S16 Series to Launch in Due Course

2022 will be over in a few days’ time and as we look back at it in review, the tech industry has recovered business considerably after the massive setback during the pandemic era.

The likes of Apple, Samsung, Google, Xiaomi, and other smaller tech companies came out with some excellent electronic devices and gadgets with iPhone 14 series and Pixel 7 series receiving mixed to positive reviews.

Vivo too seems to be done this year as far as flagship models are concerned, although it did come out with a foldable model in the form of Vivo X Fold S, while Vivo X90 series is scheduled for a 2023 launch.

As far as mid-range smartphones are concerned, the company is coming out with Vivo S16 series comprising of two smartphone models viz. Vivo S16 and Vivo S16 Pro, which have recently passed the 3C certification platform and now carry model numbers, V2244A and V2245A.

Vivo S16 Series Expected Specifications

While the exact features and specifications have not been revealed as yet, Vivo S16 may come with Snapdragon 870 or Dimensity 1080 in the mid-range segment, while S16 Pro might bring in Dimensity 8200 SoC.

Both models are available in three colour options viz. Black, Blue, and Purple, with some excellent colour-changing finish that may comeback for this series as users had liked it for earlier smartphones.
