Both devices come equipped with advanced 200-megapixel Zeiss-backed camera systems, teleconverter support and run on OriginOS 6 out of the box. While the Ultra model focuses on top-end performance with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, the X300s brings a large battery and a 144Hz display powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor. Vivo X300 Ultra - Key Features The Vivo X300 Ultra features a 6.82-inch 2K (3168×1440 pixels) AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, HDR support, and up to 300Hz touch sampling rate for gaming. It is powered by the 3nm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC paired with an Adreno 840 GPU and Vivo’s VS1+ imaging chip. The handset offers up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB UFS 4.1 storage and runs on Android 16-based OriginOS 6.
