Tecno has just announced its latest lineup of AI-powered laptops at Computex 2025 in Taiwan. Among the many announcements, leading the pack is the new Tecno Megabook S16, the company’s first-ever 16-inch laptop. In addition to the S16, Tecno also unveiled the Megabook S14, T14 Air, K155 and K14S as part of its new AI laptop series. Here’s what we know about the new Tecno Megabook S16.

The Megabook S16 comes with a 16-inch display that has super-slim bezels and a 1920 x 1200 resolution with a 16:10 aspect ratio. The screen also covers 100% of the sRGB color gamut, making it ideal for creators and professionals.

Under the hood, the laptop is powered by Intel’s Core i9-13900HK processor, featuring 14 cores and 20 threads and clock speeds of up to 5.4GHz. You can choose between 16GB or 32GB of LPDDR5 RAM and storage options go up to 2TB of PCIe 3.0 SSD.

Despite its size, the Megabook S16 is impressively light and slim, weighing just 1.3kg and measuring 14.9mm thick. It packs a 75Wh battery, which Tecno claims can deliver up to 11 hours of use on a single charge.

The laptop also comes with a suite of AI-powered features including AI Gallery, AI Meeting Assistant, Ella AI Assistant, AI PPT and AI Drawing. These tools are designed to help with both online and offline tasks, and are powered by DeepSeek’s V3 model. Tecno says the assistant is always ready to lend a hand.
