Starting with the Tecno Pova 8 Pro 5G, the smartphone carrying the model number “LK7” has now been listed on the FCC certification platform with the FCC ID “2ADYY-LK7”. The certification database reveals several key specifications and even some design-related information.
According to the listing, the device was tested using a charging adapter from Tecno Mobility Limited with the model number “U45TSB” confirming support for 45W wired fast charging. The certification further confirms support for GSM, WCDMA, LTE and 5G network connectivity. Other connectivity features listed include dual-band WiFi supporting both 2.4GHz and 5GHz frequencies, NFC and Bluetooth.
The FCC schematic images also provide a glimpse at the smartphone’s design. The Tecno Pova 8 Pro 5G appears to feature a triangular-shaped rear camera module housing two vertically aligned circular camera cutouts. A larger circular cutout is also visible with the LED flash placed in the centre. The schematic also shows NFC branding positioned next to the camera module.
The FCC certification further confirms that the smartphone will be available in a 12GB RAM and 512GB storage configuration.
While the FCC listing itself does not explicitly mention the smartphone’s marketing name, the EEC certification confirms that the model number “LK7” belongs to the Tecno Pova 8 Pro 5G. The EEC database also reveals that the device received its notification registration on March 12th, 2026 with the notification number “KZ0000013101”.
Moreover, the TUV Rheinland certification platform has also listed the same “LK7” model number. According to the listing, the smartphone will pack a large 6,340mAh battery although Tecno may market it as a 6,500mAh typical battery capacity during launch.
The certification further suggests support for charging inputs up to 11V indicating fast wired charging capabilities even though the exact charging speed has not been confirmed in the TUV listing.
Coming to the standard Tecno Pova 8 5G model, the device has now appeared on the Carlcare Service website with the model number “LK6”. The listing also confirms the official moniker of the smartphone.
The same database reveals multiple memory variants planned for the Indian market. These include 6GB RAM with 128GB storage, 8GB RAM with 128GB storage, and an 8GB RAM with 256GB storage option.
The Tecno Pova 8 5G has also been spotted on the SDPPI certification platform carrying the same model number and branding confirming that the smartphone is also expected to launch in Indonesia.
It should be noted that the memory configurations listed for the Indonesian market remain identical to those revealed for India hinting that both markets may receive the same storage options.
