After many speculations, it has been confirmed that the Tecno Phantom X2 5G will be finally launched in India in early January 2023, which will delight the users as they finally have a timeline to look forward to.
The model was showcased by Tecno, owned by Chinese manufacturer Transsion Holdings, which had confirmed the device’s timeline of release in India as the one mentioned above, where you can get the usual features and specifics.

While the exact date of release hasn’t been revealed yet, Tecno will start taking pre-orders for Phantom X2 5G from January 2, 2023, following which it will go on sale a week later on January 9.
The landing page of Amazon India has revealed that Tecno will offer a free upgrade to Phantom X3 to limit pre-book customers, while its specifications too have been revealed to everyone.

Tecno Phantom X2 5G comes with a 6.8 inch double curved AMOLED display screen with Full HD+ resolution, along with a 120Hz refresh rate and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection, although its design has been deemed peculiar by many people.
It runs on an Android 12 OS out of the box and also has HiOS 12 on top, where you get a fingerprint scanner as an additional security measure.
It is powered by a 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 9000 5G SoC paired with up to 8GB RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 internal storage configuration, which was revealed quite recently online.
Coming to optics, it comes with a triple camera system with a 64MP main lens that supports Phase Detection Auto Focus (PDAF) and Optical Image Stablization (OIS), where it is assisted by a 13MP ultra-wide lens and a 2MP sensor, while the rear camera is capable of shooting 4K video at up to 60fps.
The battery capacity is 5,160mAh units that comes with a 45W fast charging support, which will be interesting to see as to how users will take to the new model.
