The Xiaomi 14 series is the next flagship offering to come out of the company’s stable of products. It is slated for a launch this month and if founder Lei Jun is to be believed in his claims, the device will be “very very powerful”. So what does this mean? Of course, being a flagship offering and possibly having three variants in the series, the Xiaomi 14 lineup will treat users to a flagship experience. Xiaomi 14 Series: Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Qualcomm’s annual Snapdragon summit is to be held on October 25 and the launch of the Xiaomi 14 series is on October 27. Unfortunately, for the time being, this new benign interface will not land on global shores. Even so, Lei Jun has confirmed that HyperOS will gradually replace MIUI in older devices. Apart from that there are also display metrics to take note of, with the Xiaomi 14 series looking to shatter the screen-to-body ratio by introducing an industry-first 1mm of bezels around its displays. Xiaomi 14 Pro: Anticipated Features Recent leaks and renders revealed of the Xiaomi 14 Pro do paint a nearly complete picture of the phone’s design and outward appearance. Prominently one can see the extremely trim bezels around the panel and the presence of a quad-camera setup on the back. Display: The Xiaomi 14 Pro will likely sport a 6.6-inch flat AMOLED with a 2K resolution and 120Hz of refresh rate.
