Features of Auto Blocker Prevention of App Sideloads: The feature prevents the installation of apps from unauthorized sources, an activity commonly known as sideloading. However, for users who intentionally sideload apps for enhanced customization, this feature is turned off by default. App Security Checks: Auto Blocker also provides the ability to turn on security checks for apps, aimed at detecting potential malware. USB Security: It prevents harmful software installations that could happen through a USB cable—important for scenarios where someone could have physical access to the device. Message Guard Update: An update has been provided to the existing Message Guard feature, designed to mitigate Zero Click attacks, particularly those that come from image messages in third-party apps. Security in Open Ecosystems Auto Blocker supports the idea of an open ecosystem by providing an opt-in package of additional security measures.
