Since then, both the major players in the mobile SoC industry i.e. Qualcomm and MediaTek have released new and improved flagship chipsets. We expect that Asus will soon launch new gaming smartphones utilizing these processors. The upcoming series is expected to include three smartphones that could feature Qualcomm's latest SoC while running on Android 13 out-of-the-box. The series is also expected to feature AMOLED displays on all its smartphones, which offer a refresh rate of at least 165Hz. According to a report by TheTechOutlook, published in collaboration with tipster Paras Guglani (@passionategeekz), the Taipei, Taiwan-based electronics manufacturer is working on its next-in-line gaming smartphone series, the Asus ROG Phone 7 series. Asus Phone Rog 7 Launch Timeline The ROG Phone 7 series is said to include three models this time around: the vanilla ROG Phone 7, ROG Phone 7 Ultimate, and ROG Phone 7D. The ROG Phone 7 Indian variant will have the model number AI2205_C and the ROG Phone 7 Ultimate global will have the model number AI2205_E. Lastly, the ROG Phone 7D will have the model number AI2205_D. Unlike last time, the ROG Phone 7D will debut alongside the regular models this time.
