Sennheiser HDB 630 wireless headphones have been officially launched in India. These headphones bring high-resolution audio, advanced tuning controls and a closed-back design to the premium headphone segment. Speaking at the launch, Saahil Kumar, GM, Sonova Consumer Hearing, India said, “The HDB 630 redefines what wireless audiophile sound can be. It brings together Sennheiser’s acoustic craftsmanship, advanced tuning, and long-lasting comfort – allowing listeners to experience true sound fidelity wherever life takes them.”
The company has opened pre-bookings at a special introductory price ahead of the official sale. In the meantime, here’s all about the newly launched headphones.
The Sennheiser HDB 630 is priced at Rs. 54,990 in India. However, customers can pre-book the headphones for Rs. 44,990 and will receive an Accentum Open TWS headset worth Rs. 12,990 at no additional cost.
Pre-bookings will remain open until December 4 across multiple channels, including Sennheiser’s official website, Amazon, Headphone Zone, Audio Store, Concept Kart, and select retail outlets throughout the country.
The headphones come with a two-year warranty.

The HDB 630 is equipped with a 42mm electrodynamic transducer, tuned for a neutral sound signature with detailed mids, controlled bass, and extended treble. Sennheiser says its redesigned acoustic chamber, featuring an optimised magnet mesh, back volume, and transparent baffle mesh, helps minimise distortion and deliver improved clarity.
Connectivity options include Bluetooth 5.2, a detachable 1.2m analogue cable with a 3.5mm jack, and a 1.2m USB-C to USB-C cable. The headphones offer an extensive frequency response of 6Hz to 40kHz depending on the input source. They come with adaptive noise cancellation as well as a transparency mode.
For high-resolution playback, the HDB 630 supports up to 24-bit/96kHz audio via USB-C, analogue input, or Bluetooth using the bundled BTD 700 dongle. Wireless codecs include aptX Adaptive, aptX HD, aptX, AAC, and SBC.
Users can further fine-tune the sound using the parametric EQ in the Sennheiser Smart Control Plus app, which allows adjustments to frequency, bandwidth, and filter type. A built-in crossfeed feature is designed to make older or hard-panned tracks sound more natural.
Battery life is rated at up to 60 hours on a full charge. The headphones also support fast charging, with a quick 10-minute charge offering up to seven hours of listening time. Sennheiser states the headset has been tested for durability across more than 500 charging cycles.
Inspired by the Momentum 4 design, the Sennheiser HDB 630 weighs 311g and features a lightweight frame with reduced clamping force. The leatherette earpads are designed for comfort during long sessions and are replaceable.
