Samsung has officially launched its new Samsung Vision AI Companion, an intelligent platform designed to bring conversational AI capabilities to its 2025 range of televisions and monitors worldwide. The feature allows users to interact naturally with Samsung TVs. Users can ask questions, get personalised recommendations, and manage tasks through voice commands and two-way conversations. Here’s everything you need to know.
Built on One UI Tizen, the Samsung Vision AI Companion is tailored for the shared home screen experience. It promises seven years of OS upgrades, ensuring long-term security and regular feature updates. Users can use the platform to ask about movie details, discover trivia about actors, or even plan family activities, all directly from their TV screens.

At the heart of Vision AI Companion is an enhanced version of Samsung’s virtual assistant, Bixby. It is now equipped for more natural interactions, better contextual awareness, and tailored responses. The AI provides instant answers paired with relevant visuals and recommendations, whether it’s for entertainment options, solo activities, or group fun.
Powered by Generative AI, Vision AI Companion allows users to engage with different services seamlessly without interrupting what they’re watching. As an open, multi-AI agent platform, it integrates multiple large language models (LLMs) such as Microsoft Copilot and Perplexity, delivering dynamic, visualised answers based on the user’s needs.
There is a dedicated AI button on the remote that users can use to access the Vision AI Companion easily. This button can perform advanced searches, access apps, or receive curated results like travel itineraries, personalised suggestions, and detailed queries including company research or product reviews. It works across various content sources including Live TV, Samsung TV Plus, and other streaming platforms.
The Vision AI Companion supports 10 languages including Korean, English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, and Portuguese. It also comes with a range of smart features such as Live Translate, AI Gaming Mode, Generative Wallpaper, AI Picture, AVA Pro, and AI Upscaling Pro.
Samsung’s Vision AI Companion will be available across its 2025 TV and monitor lineup. This includes Neo QLED, Micro RGB, OLED, QLED step-up TVs, Smart Monitors, and The Movingstyle series.
