Samsung has unveiled its rollout plan for the One UI 6 update, based on Android 14, for its Galaxy phone lineup.

This update, already introduced for the Galaxy S23 series, is now set to expand to other models, bringing new features and improvements.

Initial Phase of One UI 6 Update

The first wave of the One UI 6 update will cover a range of Samsung’s flagship and mid-range devices.

Key models like the Galaxy S22 series, Galaxy Z Fold 5, Galaxy Z Flip 5, Galaxy A34 5G, and Galaxy A54 5G are slated to receive the stable Android 14 update by November 15.

Following closely, the Galaxy Z Fold 4, Galaxy Z Flip 4, Galaxy S23 FE, Galaxy S21 series, Galaxy A33, and Galaxy A13 will get the update by November 20.

Subsequent Rollout and Features

The second phase of the rollout will include the Galaxy A52, Galaxy A52s 5G, Galaxy S21 FE 5G, Galaxy A72, Galaxy A13, Galaxy A23 5G, Galaxy Z Flip 3, and Galaxy Z Fold 3, with updates scheduled for completion by November 30.

The update will then be available for the Galaxy A04s, Galaxy XCover 5, and Galaxy A25 5G in early to mid-December.

Notably, the update schedule for the Galaxy A52 5G, Galaxy Tab A7 Lite, and Galaxy A14 5G is yet to be decided.

Initially available in Europe, the rollout is expected to extend to the US and other key markets soon after.

The One UI 6 update brings a revamped interface with enhancements to the quick settings panel, Samsung DeX, and lock screen customization.

It also introduces improved camera controls, new widgets, and a fresh emoji style for the Samsung keyboard.
