Here are all the details we know so far.
Samsung’s Galaxy S26 FE, Galaxy Tab S12 Appear on Google App Listing
According to a report by Android Authority, references to the Galaxy S26 FE and Galaxy Tab S12 were discovered in an internal Google app list containing devices eligible for a complimentary trial of Google’s premium AI subscription.

Interestingly, the listing identifies the devices simply as “S26 FE” and “Tab S12” without mentioning the Galaxy branding. While no specifications are revealed in the listing, their appearance suggests that Samsung could be preparing to launch both products in the near future.
The same internal list also reportedly includes the yet-to-be-announced Galaxy Z Flip 8 and Galaxy Z Fold 8, further indicating that Samsung is updating its upcoming device lineup.
Samsung introduced the Galaxy S25 FE and the Galaxy Tab S11 series in September last year, so the new Galaxy S26 FE and Galaxy Tab S12 lineup are also expected to debut around September this year.
Notably, the Galaxy S26 FE is expected to succeed last year’s Galaxy S25 FE, while the Galaxy Tab S12 will arrive as the successor to the Galaxy Tab S11 series.
Expected Specifications
Based on previous leaks, the Galaxy S26 FE is expected to be a more affordable version of the standard Galaxy S26. The smartphone is rumoured to be powered by Samsung’s Exynos 2500 processor and could ship with Android 17 out of the box. It is also expected to include 12GB of RAM.
The handset is tipped to feature a 6.7-inch AMOLED display and pack a 5,000mAh battery with support for 45W wired charging and 15W wireless charging. In addition, the Galaxy S26 FE is expected to offer an IP68-rated body for dust and water resistance.
Meanwhile, Galaxy Tab S12 is rumoured to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset. Samsung is also expected to introduce the tablet alongside the Galaxy Tab S12+ and Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra, expanding its premium Android tablet portfolio.
Although Samsung has not officially confirmed the launch date or specifications of these devices, their appearance in Google’s internal listing suggests that an official announcement may not be too far away.
More details are expected to emerge in the weeks leading up to the launch.
