Samsung has revised the prices of two of its 5G smartphones in India. The Samsung Galaxy M47 5G and Galaxy F70 Pro 5G have received a Rs 3,000 price increase across all their listed RAM and storage variants. The revised prices are effective from September 9, 2026.
With this latest revision, both smartphones have become significantly more expensive than their launch prices. The Galaxy M47 5G was introduced in India earlier this year, while the Galaxy F70 Pro 5G arrived only last month. Here are more details about the revised prices.
Samsung Galaxy M47 5G New Price in India
The Samsung Galaxy M47 5G is now Rs 3,000 more expensive across all three variants. The 6GB RAM and 128GB storage model has gone from Rs 32,999 to Rs 35,999. Meanwhile, the 8GB + 128GB variant now costs Rs 39,999 instead of Rs 36,999.
The top-end 8GB + 256GB version has also received the same hike, taking its price from Rs 41,999 to Rs 44,999.

Samsung Galaxy F70 Pro 5G New Price in India
The Galaxy F70 Pro 5G, interestingly, has received an identical price revision.
Its 6GB + 128GB variant now sells for Rs 35,999, up from Rs 32,999. The 8GB + 128GB model has increased from Rs 36,999 to Rs 39,999, while the 8GB + 256GB variant now costs Rs 44,999 compared to the earlier Rs 41,999.

Galaxy M47 and F70 Pro – New Prices Compared To Launch Prices
The latest price revision is particularly notable because both phones have already seen major price increases since they first went on sale.
The Samsung Galaxy M47 5G was launched in India in June 2026 with a starting price of Rs 22,999. The same base 6GB + 128GB variant is now priced at Rs 35,999. That means the current price is Rs 13,000 higher than its launch price.
Similarly, the Galaxy F70 Pro 5G has also seen a substantial increase in a much shorter period. It launched in India just last month with a starting price of Rs 25,999 for the base variant. The same 6GB + 128GB configuration now costs Rs 35,999, which is Rs 10,000 more than its launch price.
As a result, both smartphones now sit in a noticeably higher price segment than when they were originally introduced.
Samsung has not provided a specific reason for this latest price revision and the new prices are applicable from September 9, 2026.
