Samsung has launched the Samsung Galaxy F70e 5G in India, marking the debut smartphone in its new Galaxy F70 series. It features a leather-finish rear panel, a dual rear camera setup housed in a pill-shaped module and a waterdrop-style notch on the front for the selfie camera.

The Samsung Galaxy F70e 5G will go on sale in India starting February 17 via Flipkart and the Samsung online store. It is available in two colour options, which are Limelite Green and Spotlight Blue.
The phone is priced at Rs. 12,999 in India for the base variant with 4GB RAM and 128GB storage. The higher-end model, offering 6GB RAM and 128GB storage, costs Rs. 14,499.
As part of an introductory offer, Samsung is providing an instant discount of Rs. 500 to customers.
The Galaxy F70e 5G is a dual-SIM smartphone that runs on Android 16-based One UI 8. Samsung has promised six years of operating system upgrades and security updates for the device.
It comes with a 6.7-inch HD+ LCD display with a resolution of 720×1,600 pixels, offering up to a 120Hz refresh rate, peak brightness of up to 800 nits, 260ppi pixel density and support for 16 million colours.
Under the hood, the handset is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset with a peak clock speed of 2.4GHz. According to Samsung, the Galaxy F70e 5G has scored around 6,23,000 points on the AnTuTu benchmark platform. It is paired with an ARM Mali G57 GPU, up to 6GB of LPDDR4x RAM, and 128GB of internal storage.
In terms of cameras, the Samsung Galaxy F70e 5G features a dual rear camera setup led by a 50-megapixel primary sensor, accompanied by a 2-megapixel depth sensor. For selfies and video calls, the phone includes an 8-megapixel front camera housed within a waterdrop-style notch.
The smartphone is backed by a 6,000mAh battery. It measures 167.4×77.4×8.2mm and weighs approximately 199 grams, making it one of the more battery-focused offerings in its price segment.
