Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy A27 5G has appeared in multiple leaks and reports in recent days. The model has now been spotted on the Global Certification Forum (GCF) database offering a closer look at the smartphone’s connectivity capabilities ahead of its official debut.
In addition to the certification listing, a recent leak has also revealed the handset’s expected European pricing. The leaked pricing suggests it could launch at a higher price than the Galaxy A26.
Galaxy A27 5G Receives GCF Certification

The Galaxy A27 5G has been spotted on the GCF certification platform under the model numbers SM-A276B/DS and SM-A276B. Both entries received approval on May 27, 2026 and carry the GCF reference number 13744.
Although the certification does not explicitly mention the Galaxy A27 5G name, earlier reports have already linked these model numbers to Samsung’s upcoming smartphone. The presence of the “DS” suffix on one variant further indicates support for dual SIM functionality.
The certification listing primarily focuses on connectivity and network-related features. According to the database, the device supports GSM 850, GSM 900, GSM 1800 and GSM 1900 networks, along with EDGE Class 33. It also offers WCDMA support across Bands I, II, V and VIII, HSDPA Category 24, and Enhanced Uplink Category 6.
For 4G connectivity, the handset supports LTE FDD Bands 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 12, 17, 20, 26, 28, 32 and 66, as well as LTE TDD Bands 38, 40 and 41. The certification further confirms support for both 5G NR Standalone (SA) and 5G EN-DC Non-Standalone (NSA) networks. Supported 5G NR FR1 bands include n1, n3, n5, n7, n8, n20, n28, n38, n40, n41, n66, n77 and n78.
Other details listed on the certification include support for 3GPP Release 12 audio, OMA MMS, embedded secure element NFC (eSE-NFC), removable UICC and non-removable eUICC. The smartphone is also compatible with AV1, H.264 AVC, H.265 HEVC and VP9 video codecs, along with the xHE-AAC audio codec.
Samsung Galaxy A27 5G Price Tipped
Tipster Roland Quandt has shared the expected European pricing of the Galaxy A27 through a post on Bluesky Social.

According to the leak, the smartphone could arrive in a 6GB RAM and 128GB storage variant priced at EUR 349 (approximately Rs. 38,500). A higher-end model with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage is tipped to cost EUR 439 (approximately Rs. 48,400).
If these prices prove accurate, the Galaxy A27 would be noticeably more expensive than its predecessor. For reference, the Galaxy A26 launched in Europe at EUR 299 (roughly Rs. 33,000) for the 128GB version and EUR 369 (roughly Rs. 40,700) for the 256GB model.

Based on previous leaks, the Galaxy A27 5G may feature a 6.7-inch Full-HD+ display and could be powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 processor. The phone was also listed on Geekbench, where it was shown running on the Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 chipset. The benchmark listing also suggested Android 16 and 6GB of RAM.
Recent leaks have also pointed to four colour options for the smartphone namely Awesome Black, Awesome Pink, Awesome Mint and Awesome Blue.

The device is further rumoured to pack a 5,000mAh battery with support for 25W wired charging. Meanwhile, TÜV certification indicated support for 25W wired fast charging, while the IMDA listing confirmed NFC functionality.
The smartphone is also expected to include a triple rear camera setup comprising a 50-megapixel primary sensor with optical image stabilisation (OIS), a 5-megapixel ultra-wide camera and a 2-megapixel macro lens. On the front, it may offer a 12-megapixel selfie camera for video calls and self-portraits.
