Infinix Note 12i price in India is expected to be an affordable Rs 9,999. As for the release date, the Infinix Note 12i launch date in India would be somewhere around 25 January 2023. Inside the box, we get the Note 12i device, a sim ejector tool, a Care Warranty manual, an X club membership card, a 33watts fast charger inside and a USB type-c cable. Infinix is also moving the old-school way and bundling a pair of wired headphones with the device inside the box. Moreover, we also get a TPU case that can be used before a proper case is purchased. Infinix Note 12i Design The Infinix Note 12i is built with plastic as one would expect from a smartphone of this price range and brand. Interestingly, Infinix has actually mastered the art of designing and developing smartphones with plastic as the primary material. Its range of smartphones now looks and feels so solid that one would believe they are built with glass. The device has a boxy shape and a textured finish which holds the fingerprint dense. However, the area around the camera module is completely smooth and glossy. The camera lenses are protruding, which is something that completely depends on individual preference. On the right side of the Infinix Note 12i, there is a side-mounted fingerprint reader that doubles as the power button and it's super fast to unlock the device. Right above that fingerprint reader, we get the volume up and down keys. On the left side of the Infinix Note 12i, there is the sim tray that holds two sim cards and a microSD card. Overall, the design of Infinix Note 12i is something that we have repeatedly seen in trend throughout 2022. What needs to be mentioned here specifically is the large size of the device. The tall aspect ratio of this device doesn’t seem to be ideal for one-hand operation. Infinix Note 12i Display The Infinix Note 12i has a large display of 6.7 inches in size. This is an AMOLED display with a 720p resolution. Certainly, this is not the brightest display one would find in the market today at the price range. However, media consumption for gaming to streaming is fun in this device due to the large size of the display. It's quite sharp and the colours are vibrant enough for an LCD display. To make the display even more pleasant, users get the option of switching between 90 and 60 hertz Refresh Rates. This makes the display smoother and easier on the eyes. Infinix Note 12i Performance The Infinix Note 12i comes with Android 12 from the box with the Infinix XOS version 10.6. The UI is definitely smoother and easier to use with this. Powering the Infinix Note 12i is the MediaTek Helio G85, which is claimed to be a decent gaming processor. Now, many early reviewers have expressed their disappointment, especially looking at the specification on paper. However, the actual implementation and performance don’t seem to have any significant issues considering how much the device costs. For games, the device will support popular games such as Call of Duty and others on low or medium settings. As for memory, there are two options. There is a 4GB of RAM version that has 128 GB of internal storage and there is a 4 GB RAM version supported by 64 GB of internal storage. Infinix Note 12i Battery The Infinix Note 12i comes with a 5000mAh battery and has 33 watts fast charging capability. This means one should be able to charge the device from zero to a hundred per cent in one hour twenty minutes or one hour thirty minutes. A 33 watts charger is provided inside the box. The device will comfortably support everyday usage. Users will get a solid 10 to 12 hours of screen time on this smartphone, which is impressive for such a large display. Infinix Note 12i Camera The Infinix Note 12i comes with a well-built triple camera setup at the back. This includes a 50-megapixel main lens, a 2-megapixel dev sensor, and a QVGA lens. The QVGA lens is a surprising addition to the setup and overall doesn’t display any significant benefit or how use it instructions. Moreover, there is an 8-megapixel selfie camera in the front. The Infinix Note 12i is impressive with its nighttime images and provides some really quality results.
