Reports indicate that the Wi-Fi variant launched in China will be rebranded as the POCO C Pad and the Redmi Pad 2 9.7 in global markets. Moreover, the company is said to be working on a cellular version that could be launched as the Redmi Pad 9.7 4G. With these versions, the Redmi Pad 2 SE is expected to replace the Redmi Pad SE 8.7 globally available in both Wi-Fi and 4G options.
