After launching the Redmi A5 in April 2025, Xiaomi has now introduced a new Redmi A5 Airtel Exclusive Edition in India. The device is priced at just Rs 5,999 and comes with special Airtel benefits for prepaid users. Here’s everything you need to know about this new edition.
Redmi A5 Airtel Exclusive Edition – All Details
Redmi is now following the footsteps of POCO, which has launched several Airtel-exclusive models like the POCO M6 5G, POCO C51, POCO C61, POCO C71, and POCO M7 5G.
Redmi has now brought the A5 Airtel Exclusive Edition to the Indian market.
The smartphone is bundled with an Airtel Prepaid SIM that requires users to recharge with Truly Unlimited Plans starting at Rs 299 for a period of 18 months. Buyers of this special edition will also receive an extra 7.5% discount (up to Rs 750) along with 50GB of free data.
The handset comes in a single 3GB RAM + 64GB storage variant priced at Rs 5,999.
It will be available in Jaisalmer Gold, Just Black, and Pondicherry Blue colour options, exclusively via Flipkart. Other than the Airtel bundling, the hardware remains identical to the standard Redmi A5.
