Xiaomi’s Redmi 13C has been officially launched in Nigeria, following several online appearances.
This new smartphone is a successor to the Redmi 12C and is part of Xiaomi’s budget-friendly range.
The Redmi 13C is expected to make its way to other markets, including India, shortly.
The Redmi 13C is available in two variants: the 4GB RAM with 128GB storage model is priced at NGN 98,100 (approximately Rs 10,200), and the 8GB RAM with 256GB storage version is priced at NGN 108,100 (around Rs 11,200).
It is offered in two color options: Black and Clover Green. The device is currently on sale in Nigeria.
The Redmi 13C runs on the latest Android 13-based MIUI 14.
It features a 6.74-inch HD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate, providing a clear and fluid visual experience.
The device is powered by the MediaTek Helio G99 SoC, offering efficient performance.
For photography, the Redmi 13C is equipped with a triple camera system on the rear, including a 50MP primary camera and two 2MP secondary cameras.
It also has a 5MP front camera for selfies. The smartphone is powered by a robust 5,000mAh battery, supporting 18W fast charging.
Connectivity options include 4G, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and a USB Type-C port for charging and data transfer.
Additionally, the phone includes a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for enhanced security.
