Realme Narzo 50A Prime teased on Amazon ahead of launch in India

After getting launched in Indonesia last month, Realme Narzo 50A Prime is gearing for its launch in India. The upcoming smartphone has been teased on e-commerce platform Amazon. The Realme Narzo 50A Prime teaser page on Amazon sayss, “Massive Power. Mighty Performance”.

The page also adds, “Get ready for an immersive viewing experience,” indicating at a big display with high resolution.

According to report, Realme Narzo 50A Prime will be launched on April 30. Report also claims that that the handset will be launched in two storage configurations.

There will be no charging brick in the box of Realme Narzo 50A Prime. This was announced by the company.

Realme Narzo 50A Prime expected price

The Company is yet to reveal the price of the Realme Narzo 50A Prime. The 4GB + 64GB storage variant of the Realme Narzo 50A Prime in Indonesia is priced at IDR 1,999,000 which is around Rs10,600. While, the 4GB + 128GB storage variant carries a price tag of IDR 2,199,000 (around Rs. 11,700).

The upcoming Indian model of the Realme Narzo 50A Prime is likely to have features similar to its Indonesian variant.  The Indonesian variant of the dual-SIM (Nano) Realme Narzo 50A Prime runs Android 11-based Realme UI R Edition. It features a 6.6-inch full-HD+ (2,408×1,080 pixels) display with 600 nits of peak brightness and 16.7 million colours. It is powered by an octa-core Unisoc T612 SoC, paired with 4GB of RAM.

Coming to the optics, Realme Narzo 50A Prime is equipped with an AI triple rear camera setup with a 50-megapixel primary sensor with an f/1.8 aperture, a monochrome portrait sensor with an f/2.8 aperture, and a macro sensor with an f/2.4 aperture. An 8-megapixel AI sensor front camera is there in the phone for selfies and video calls.

Realme Narzo 50A Prime offers up to 128GB of on-board storage that can be expanded via a microSD card (up to 1TB). The Indonesian model of Realme Narzo 50A Prime is equipped with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. It has a 5,000mAh battery which is supported by 18W charging. The handset is 8.1mm thick.
