Realme is getting ready to launch the GT 7 in two versions, one for China (model number RMX6688) and one for global markets (model number RMX5061). The Chinese version recently popped up on Geekbench, revealing it runs on the powerful Dimensity 9400 Plus chipset with 16GB of RAM. Now, the global model has also shown up on Geekbench, confirming some important specs.

The Geekbench listing for the global version (RMX5061) shows the phone will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9300 Plus. While the chip’s name isn’t mentioned directly, the CPU and GPU specs in the listing confirm it’s the same.
The phone is shown to have 12GB of RAM and will run Android 15 out of the box. In terms of performance, it scored 2076 in the single-core test and 7037 in the multi-core test on Geekbench 6.
A previous leak also mentioned that the Indian version, which will share the same model number, will be available in just one variant: 12GB RAM + 512GB storage. It’s also expected to support NFC, intercom (INT) functionality, and be offered in blue and black color options.

Realme has officially revealed that the GT 7 will come with a BOE Q10 flat OLED display. According to tipster Digital Chat Station, this will be a 6.8-inch LTPS screen with a 1.5K resolution and 1.3mm bezels, offering a nearly edge-to-edge viewing experience.
