The Realme 11 Pro series is confirmed to launch in India next month. The launch date is yet to be revealed but the company has confirmed the smartphones will be available exclusively on Flipkart.
Realme launched its latest number series in China earlier this month, and it features three phones namely the Realme 11, Realme 11 Pro, and Realme 11 Pro+.
Realme 11 Pro series India launch has been officially confirmed. Realme recently revealed that its new number series smartphones will launch in India in June. The exact launch date of the Realme 11 Pro series in India is unknown.
The phones, namely the 11 Pro and 11 Pro+ 5G, are available in China. Ahead of the India launch date announcement, it is now confirmed that the Realme 11 Pro series will be available for purchase via Flipkart.
The microsite teases the launch of the new 200MP camera sensor in a smartphone, which is found in the Realme 11 Pro+ 5G in China. The company also showcased the camera’s performance to the media at its event in New Delhi earlier this month.
The Flipkart microsite also highlights the 4x in-sensor zoom capabilities of the 200MP Samsung sensor found in the 11 Pro series.
The microsite on Flipkart does not reveal the Realme 11 Pro series India launch date. The company is likely to launch both 11 Pro series phones in India. Both devices are currently available in China and are likely to pack the same set of hardware when launched in India.
The 11 Pro+ 5G is the more premium smartphone of the two in the lineup. The top-of-the-line Realme 11 series smartphone features a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with curved edges and a Full HD+ resolution of 1080 × 2412 pixels.
There is a hole-punch cutout at the top centre for the front camera. The display offers 950 nits of peak brightness and a 120Hz refresh rate.
On the back, there is a triple-camera setup. The phone features a 200MP Samsung ISOCELL HP3 sensor with optical image stabilisation (OIS), an 8MP ultra-wide camera and a 2MP macro sensor.
For selfies, the 11 Pro+ 5G has a 32MP front camera sensor. The device packs a 4870mAh battery and offers 100W fast charging support.
Under the hood, the 11 Pro+ 5G has a MediaTek Dimensity 7050 processor with a Mali G68 GPU. The SoC is a rebadged version of the Dimensity 1080 SoC found in the Realme 10 Pro+ 5G.
In China, Realme launched the top-end number series phone with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 1TB of onboard storage. The phone boots Android 13 out of the box and has a layer of Realme UI 4 on top.
The 11 Pro shares the processor and display hardware with the 11 Pro+ 5G. The phone also has the same 4870mAh battery under the hood but offers 67W fast charging support out of the box.
On the back, the 11 Pro 5G has a dual-camera setup. It features a 100MP main camera sensor and a 2MP macro sensor. There is no ultra-wide camera sensor in the 11 Pro 5G. For selfies, the phone has a 16MP front camera.
The 11 Pro+ 5G was launched in China at a starting price of CNY 2099 (roughly Rs 25,000) for the base 12GB + 256GB variant, whereas the 11 Pro’s base model is priced at CNY 1999 (roughly Rs 23,700). The Indian price of the phones is expected to be slightly higher.
