This display promises smooth scrolling and a decent visual experience for its price. As for the phone's design, being a budget offering, it is quite simplistic yet elegant, featuring an IP52 water-repellent build and weighing 180g, making it comfortable to hold. It features a 50MP primary camera complemented by a 2MP macro sensor. These specs suggest promising photographic capabilities, especially in well-lit environments. The 16MP front camera should suffice for clear selfies and video calls, offering a decent front-facing camera experience. In my short time with the device’s image-taking abilities, the Moto G34 5G is able to produce images that are expected from a budget offering and nothing out of the ordinary. Again I will have to test the phone fully in a variety of lighting conditions to assess, how well the device can actually shoot photos. The inclusion of virtual RAM expansion is a nice touch, enhancing multitasking capabilities. Running on My UX based on Android 14, the device promises a clean, user-friendly experience with the assurance of 1 year of OS upgrades and 3 years of security updates. I have not benchmarked the device yet for my daily use but I suspect that it will not be too much of a problem for this handset. At the very least, I expect it to perform as well as some of the other budget smartphones on offer.
