OPPO is all set to launch the Reno 16 series in India on July 2. Ahead of the official announcement, a new leak has revealed the expected pricing and key specifications of the upcoming OPPO Reno 16 and OPPO Reno 16C. The latest details come from tipster Sanju on X, who has shared the retail box MRP along with the expected market pricing for both smartphones.
According to the tipster, the printed box MRP is expected to be significantly higher than the actual selling price. It is a common practice for smartphones sold in India. Here are more details.

As per the leak, the OPPO Reno 16 8GB + 256GB will carry a box MRP of ₹89,999. However, the handset is expected to launch at an actual selling price of around ₹60,000.
The tipster also claims that the Reno 16 Pro variants are likely to arrive at a later stage and may not be unveiled alongside the standard Reno 16.

OPPO Reno 16 – Expected Specifications
According to the leaked information, the OPPO Reno 16 will feature a 6.32-inch flat display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It is expected to be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset.
For photography, the phone is tipped to include a 50-megapixel primary camera, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide camera, and a 50-megapixel telephoto lens. On the front, it is expected to feature a 50-megapixel selfie camera with a 100-degree field of view.
Other expected highlights include the new Snap Key, a 6,700mAh battery with 80W fast charging and IP68/IP69 ratings for water and dust resistance.

According to the leak, the Reno 16C is scheduled to launch in India on July 2 alongside the standard Reno 16.

The OPPO Reno 16C is tipped to sport a 6.57-inch flat display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It is expected to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 processor.
The rear camera setup is said to include a 50-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera, and a 50-megapixel telephoto camera. Selfies and video calls are expected to be handled by a 50-megapixel front-facing camera.
The smartphone is also tipped to pack a 7,000mAh battery with 80W fast charging support. Other expected features include IP68/IP69 certification, a plastic frame, a thickness of 8.6mm, and a weight of 197 grams.
