Oppo has officially launched the Oppo Reno 15 Pro Max, Reno 15 Pro, and Reno 15 in Taiwan, expanding the global availability of its latest Reno 15 series smartphones. Notably, the Reno 15 and Reno 15 Pro were already launched in China back in November. Here’s everything you need to know about the phones.

Oppo Reno 15 Pro Max, Reno 15 Pro, Reno 15 – Price

The Oppo Reno 15 Pro Max is priced at TWD 24,990 (roughly Rs. 71,000) for the 12GB RAM and 512GB storage variant. It is available in Twilight Gold and Desert Brown colour options.

The Oppo Reno 15 Pro is priced at TWD 20,990 (around Rs. 60,000) and comes in Aurora Blue and Desert Blue shades.

The standard Oppo Reno 15 starts at TWD 17,990 (approximately Rs. 51,000) for the 12GB RAM and 256GB storage model, while the 512GB variant costs TWD 19,990 (roughly Rs. 55,000). It is offered in Aurora White and Sky Blue colours.

The Oppo Reno 15 Pro Max runs ColorOS 16 based on Android 16 and features a 6.78-inch AMOLED full-HD+ display with a resolution of 1,272 x 2,772 pixels, 450ppi pixel density, and a 120Hz refresh rate. The smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8450 SoC, paired with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage.

For photography, the device sports a triple rear camera system comprising a 200-megapixel primary sensor with optical image stabilisation (OIS) and autofocus, a 50-megapixel 3.5x periscope telephoto camera with OIS, and a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens. On the front, it houses a 50-megapixel ultra-wide selfie camera.

Connectivity features include Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, USB Type-C, GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, Galileo, and QZSS. The phone supports both face unlock and fingerprint authentication.

The Oppo Reno 15 Pro Max packs a 6,500mAh battery with support for 80W wired fast charging and 50W wireless charging. It carries an IP69 rating and measures 161.26 x 76.46 x 7.65mm, weighing around 205g.

Both the Oppo Reno 15 Pro and Reno 15 run the same software as the Pro Max variant. The Reno 15 Pro features a 6.32-inch AMOLED full-HD+ display with a 460ppi pixel density and a 120Hz refresh rate. The standard Reno 15 comes with a slightly larger 6.59-inch AMOLED display, offering the same resolution, pixel density, and refresh rate.

The Oppo Reno 15 Pro is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8450 chipset, paired with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. The Reno 15 uses a Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 processor, coupled with 12GB RAM and up to 512GB of internal storage.

On the camera front, the Reno 15 Pro features a 200-megapixel main camera with OIS and autofocus, a 50-megapixel 3.5x periscope telephoto lens with OIS, and a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera. The Reno 15, meanwhile, includes a 50-megapixel primary sensor with OIS, a 50-megapixel 3.5x periscope telephoto lens, and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide sensor. Both models feature a 50-megapixel front-facing camera.

Connectivity options and sensors remain similar to the Pro Max model. The Reno 15 Pro packs a 6,200mAh battery with 80W wired fast charging, while the Reno 15 includes a 6,500mAh battery with the same 80W fast charging support. Both devices also carry an IP69 rating.

In terms of dimensions, the Oppo Reno 15 Pro measures 151.21 x 72.42 x 7.99mm and weighs around 188g. The standard Reno 15 measures 158 x 74.83 x 7.77mm and weighs approximately 197g.

In Malaysia, Oppo has officially unveiled the OPPO Pad 5 Matte Display Edition for global markets through its official website.

The OPPO Pad 5 Matte Display Edition features a 12.1-inch 2.8K anti-glare matte display with a resolution of 2800 x 1980 pixels, 284ppi pixel density, a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate, and up to 900 nits of peak brightness. The display supports Dolby Vision and has a 7:5 aspect ratio. It has received TÜV Rheinland Reflection Free and Intelligent Eye Care 4.0 certifications, which are said to reduce glare by 97 percent and blue light by 70 percent.

The tablet supports the OPPO Pencil 2R with low latency and up to 20 hours of usage. With fast charging, 10 minutes of charging is claimed to deliver up to 12 hours of use. Real-time handwriting polish is supported, along with AI-powered features such as Circle to Note, AI Recording Summary, AI Summary, Handwriting Formula Calculation, and AI Eraser.

It packs a 10,050mAh battery with support for 33W SUPERVOOC fast charging. Oppo claims up to 53 hours of online music playback, 15 hours of online video playback, and up to six hours of heavy gaming. The tablet also features a quad-speaker setup for an immersive audio experience.

The device supports seamless cross-ecosystem connectivity, allowing users to transfer photos, videos, and files between OPPO Pad, iPhone, and PC devices. Photos captured on an iPhone can also be edited using the O+ Connect app.

The tablet runs ColorOS 16 based on Android 16 and is claimed to offer 48 months of fluency protection. It has also received TÜV SÜD’s 48-Month Class A Fluency certification. Features such as Quick App Launch & Switch and Flux Home Screen are included to enhance the user experience.
