Oppo’s just dropped a new phone in Japan called the Reno 11A.
It’s got some decent specs that might turn a few heads.
It’s got a decent sized AMOLED screen that can refresh at 120Hz.
That means scrolling should be smooth.
It’s got full HD+ resolution too, so things should look pretty sharp and there’s a nifty processor under the hood as well.
You can get it in two colours: Coral Purple or Dark Green.
The purple one looks pretty nice, actually.
If you’re in Japan and fancy picking one up, it’ll set you back 48,800 yen.
That’s about 307 quid.
You can pre-order it now, but it won’t actually go on sale until June 27th.
It’s worth noting that this phone’s already out in some other countries, but they call it the Reno 11F.
In India, it’s known as the Oppo F25 Pro.
Same phone, different names.
Under the hood, it packs a Dimensity 7050 chip.
Not the latest, but for the most part, this should efficiently take care of most tasks.
You get 8GB RAM and 128GB Storage which, for most users, is already good.
Excitingly, this camera setup also comes equipped with a 64MP main camera.
Then there’s an 8MP ultrawide to aid those landscape shots and a 2MP macro for close-up photos.
On the front, you’ll find a 32MP camera for selfies.
Thanks to the 5,000mAh battery, you won’t be running low any time soon.
Not to forget, 67W fast charging will definitely juice this up real quick when it does.
It runs Android 14, with Oppo’s ColorOS 14 laid on top.
In-display fingerprinting is inside; it’s always lovely to have that around.
One nice touch, though: it’s IP65 rated.
That means it can take dust and a little water, handy if you’re a bit of a klutz.
It isn’t the thinnest phone at 7.6mm, but it doesn’t tick that chunky box.
At 177 grams, it wouldn’t be that heavy in your pocket.
There you go—something that seems like a pretty reasonable mid-range option.
Nothing exactly groundbreaking, although it does seem to tick a lot of boxes for everyday use.
The Oppo Reno 11A features a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and full HD+ resolution, offering sharp and smooth visuals.
The phone is equipped with a Dimensity 7050 chip, which, along with 8GB of RAM, provides efficient performance for everyday tasks.
The Oppo Reno 11A has a 64MP main camera, an 8MP ultrawide lens, a 2MP macro camera, and a 32MP front camera for selfies.
It comes with a 5,000mAh battery that supports 67W fast charging, ensuring long battery life and quick recharge times.
The phone runs on Android 14 with ColorOS 14, has an in-screen fingerprint scanner, and boasts an IP65 rating for dust and water resistance.
