Oppo has introduced a new entry-level variant of the Oppo K14x 5G in India. The smartphone, which debuted in the country in February as the first device in the K14 lineup, is now available with a new 4GB RAM and 64GB storage configuration.

The newly launched 4GB RAM + 64GB storage model of the Oppo K14x 5G is priced at ₹12,999 in India.
The device is also available in two previously launched configurations –
- 4GB RAM + 128GB storage priced at ₹14,999
- 6GB RAM + 128GB storage priced at ₹16,999
Customers purchasing the smartphone can also avail of an instant bank discount of Rs. 750. Additionally, buyers can opt for a three-month no-cost EMI plan.
The handset is available through Flipkart and the Oppo India e-store. And it comes in two colour options including Icy Blue and Prism Violet.

Oppo K14x 5G features a 6.75-inch HD+ LCD display with a resolution of 720 x 1,570 pixels. The panel supports a 120Hz refresh rate, delivers peak brightness of up to 1,125 nits, and offers a pixel density of 256 ppi. It also carries an IP64 rating for dust and splash resistance.
The device is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor paired with an ARM Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. The phone supports up to 6GB of LPDDR4x RAM and up to 128GB of UFS 2.2 internal storage. The phone runs on ColorOS 15 based on Android 15 and promises up to 48 months of Fluency Protection for smoother long-term performance.
