OPPO has officially launched the new OPPO A6x 5G in India, shortly after introducing its 4G variant in Malaysia. The latest 5G-enabled model is now available for purchase in the country, arriving in multiple storage options and two colour variants.

The OPPO A6x 5G is designed as a battery-centric smartphone. It is marketed for a massive 6,500mAh battery and the device also supports 45W wired fast charging, which the company claims will deliver reliable and long-lasting battery performance.
Powering the handset is the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset paired with an ARM Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. On the software front, the smartphone runs ColorOS 15 based on Android 15.
Up front, the OPPO A6x 5G features a 6.75-inch LCD panel with HD+ resolution (1570 × 720 pixels) and a 90.6% screen-to-body ratio. The display supports a 120Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate, 256PPI pixel density, 16.7 million colour depth, and 1125 nits of HBM brightness.
For optics, the device is equipped with a 13MP primary rear camera, while the front houses a 5MP selfie shooter.
The OPPO A6x 5G comes with support for 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G networks, alongside connectivity options such as Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.4, USB Type-C, OTG, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The phone also includes an expandable memory card slot.

Customers can choose between Ice Blue and Olive Green colour options.
Meanwhile, the OPPO A6x 5G has already been spotted on GCF, SIRIM, SGS, and TDRA certification platforms. This suggests that the smartphone is also expected to launch in Malaysia, Europe including Finland and the UAE in the near future.
