Oppo has now listed three new models of the A-Series, the Oppo A5, A5 5G and A5x, on its global website. These models are not to be confused with the Oppo A5 released earlier this year in China. Oppo hasn’t shared details on availability or pricing just yet. Here’s all we know about the smartphones from the listing.

Oppo A5 (4G)

The A5 features a 6.67-inch LCD display with a 720×1604 resolution, 90Hz refresh rate, 180Hz touch sampling rate, and 1,000 nits peak brightness. It’s powered by the Snapdragon 6s Gen 1 4G chipset.

Camera-wise, there’s a 50MP main sensor, a 2MP monochrome lens and a 5MP front camera for selfies. It packs a massive 6,000mAh battery with 45W wired fast charging support.

The phone runs Android 15 with ColorOS 15 on top and includes a 3.5mm headphone jack. Storage and RAM options include 6/128GB, 8/128GB, 4/256GB, and 8/256GB, using LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 2.1 storage.

It comes in Midnight Purple, Aurora Green and Mist White.

Oppo A5 5G

The A5 5G has a similar display size and design, but with a 120Hz refresh rate and 240Hz touch sampling rate. It uses the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset and has the same rear camera setup as the 4G model.

The selfie camera gets a slight bump to 8MP, while the battery and 45W charging stay the same. It comes in 4/128GB, 6/128GB, and 8/256GB variants with LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 2.2 storage.

Colour choices include Mist White and Aurora Green.

Oppo A5x

The A5x is almost identical to the A5 4G, but with a single 32MP rear camera instead of the dual setup. Everything else remains the same, including the chipset, display, battery, and Android 15.

The differences come in the RAM/storage options, 4/64GB, 4/128GB, 6/128GB and 8/128GB. It comes in two colors options, which are Midnight Blue and Laser White.
