OnePlus TV 50 Y1S Pro with Dolby Audio launched in India

Expanding its latest 4K TV segment, OnePlus, the global technology brand, has launched the all-new OnePlus TV 50 Y1S Pro. The latest product is the upgraded version of the 4K TV that was introduced to the market in April this year.

The newly launched OnePlus TV 50 Y1S Pro comes with a support for HDR10+, HDR10, and HLG format. With an Auto Low Latency Mode and a Smart Manager feature, the OnePlus TV 50 Y1S Pro is seen as a competitor to Xiaomi’s Redmi X50 that was launched last year. Redmi X50 has the similar 4K viewing.

 Priced Rs32,999, OnePlus TV 50 Y1S Pro will go on sale on July 7. The newly launched TV can be purchased from Amazon, OnePlus.in, OnePlus Experience Stores, and major offline partner stores in the country.

An instant discount of Rs. 3,000 has been announced for Axis Bank customers. Other launch offers include, a no-cost EMI options for up to nine months across major bank transactions on Amazon and OnePlus.in. No-cost EMIs on Axis Bank transactions is also being offered to customers who will buy the OnePlus TV 50 Y1S Pro via offline mode.

Additionally, complimentary Amazon Prime subscription for 12 months will be offered to Amazon customers who will buy the TV via the e-commerce website. The OnePlus 43 Y1S Pro launched in April this year is priced Rs29,999.

Featuring a 50-inch (3,840×2,160 pixels) 4K UHD display with support for HDR10+, HDR10, and HLG formats, the OnePlus TV 50 Y1S Pro runs Android TV 10.0.

Preloaded with Gamma Engine, which comes along with the Motion Estimation, Motion Compensation (MEMC) technology, the TV also supports for MultiCast and Google Duo.

Equipped with two full-range speakers that deliver a total output of 24W, the OnePlus TV 50 Y1S Pro has Dolby Audio support.

Similar to other recent OnePlus TV models, the OnePlus TV 50 Y1S Pro features OxygenPlay 2.0 that is claimed to offer access to over 230 live channels. It is also compatible with the OnePlus Connect 2.0 that helps users connect their compatible smartphones and use them as a remote control.

Chromecast support, as well as DLNA and Miracast for casting content from a smartphone are also supported by the OnePlus TV 50 Y1S Pro. The OnePlus TV offers Google Assistant support for voice commands. Alexa can also be accessed on the OnePlus smart TV.

With 2GB of RAM and 8GB of on-board storage, OnePlus TV 50 Y1S Pro offers Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth v5.0, three HDMI 2.1, two USB 2.0, an RJ45 Ethernet, an optical audio output, and an AV (composite) input for connectivity.

Kids Mode to offer enhanced monitoring and Game Mode to let users access the ALLM feature when connecting their gaming console via HDMI is offered by the OnePlus TV.

The enhanced connectivity with OnePlus Buds and OnePlus Buds Pro automatically pauses the on-screen content when the earbuds are removed. Users just need to press ‘connect’ button on the TV to automatically connect the earbuds.
