According to tipster Smart Pikachu on Weibo, OnePlus is developing the OnePlus Turbo series as a more budget-friendly yet performance-focused lineup. While these devices are expected to carry a lower price tag, they will reportedly emphasise performance tuning to deliver flagship-like speed and efficiency in the mid-range category.
This leak aligns with an earlier claim from tipster Digital Chat Station, who revealed in June that OnePlus was working on a new mid-range series designed to compete directly with Redmi’s popular lineup in China.
As per his report, the Turbo series could be priced under 2,000 Yuan (approx $280) and still feature a flagship-grade chipset, making it a strong contender in the affordable premium segment.
