OnePlus has expanded its tablet portfolio in India with the launch of the OnePlus Pad Go 2. The new pad was unveiled alongside the OnePlus 15R smartphone in the country. Here’s more on the newly launched device.
The OnePlus Pad Go 2 runs OxygenOS 16 based on Android 16. It sports a 12.1-inch 2.8K LCD display with a resolution of 1,980×2,800 pixels, Dolby Vision support, and up to a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate. The panel offers 284ppi pixel density, an 88.5 percent screen-to-body ratio, peak brightness of up to 600 nits, and 98 percent coverage of the DPI-P3 colour gamut.
Under the hood, the tablet is powered by a 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 7300-Ultra processor, paired with 8GB of LPDDR5x RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage.
On the software side, the OnePlus Pad Go 2 supports AI-driven features such as AI Writer, AI Recorder, and AI Reflection Eraser.
In terms of cameras, the tablet is equipped with an 8-megapixel rear camera, while the front houses an 8-megapixel shooter designed for video calls and selfies.
Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, and a USB Type-C port. The tablet also offers face unlock for biometric authentication and supports OnePlus’ in-house Open Canvas feature for enhanced multitasking.
The OnePlus Pad Go 2 packs a 10,050mAh battery with support for 33W SuperVOOC wired fast charging, which is claimed to take 129 minutes for a full charge. It also supports 6.5W reverse wired charging. According to the company, the tablet can deliver up to 15 hours of video playback or up to 60 hours of standby time on a single charge.
Additionally, the OnePlus Pad Go 2 supports stylus input through the new OnePlus Pad Go 2 Stylo, which is sold separately. The stylus offers 4,096 levels of pressure sensitivity and supports Bluetooth 5.4 connectivity.
The 5G variant of the OnePlus Pad Go 2 weighs around 599g, while the Wi-Fi-only model weighs approximately 597g. The tablet measures 266.01×192.77×6.83mm.
The tablet is available in Lavender Drift and Shadow Black colour options, with the Shadow Black finish limited to the 5G variant.
The OnePlus Pad Go 2 is priced in India starting at Rs. 26,999 for the base variant with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage, which offers Wi-Fi connectivity only. OnePlus is also selling a Wi-Fi-only model with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage at Rs. 29,999. For users looking for cellular connectivity, the 8GB RAM + 256GB storage variant with Wi-Fi and 5G support is priced at Rs. 32,999.
As part of launch offers, OnePlus is providing a Rs. 2,000 instant bank discount along with a limited-time discount of Rs. 1,000, effectively reducing the starting price to Rs. 23,999.
