OnePlus has announced a new update aimed at addressing the overheating issue and improving camera quality on the recently launched OnePlus Nord CE4, specifically for Indian users.
A number of OnePlus Nord CE4 users have complained about overheating issues, with some reporting the phone getting hot while transferring data, using Zoom, on video calls, or watching YouTube.
There were also complaints about the fingerprint sensor not working properly and occasional lagging.
Though not confirmed, the new update might be available soon in other regions.
The changelog has not been shared, but the update aims to solve the overheating issues mentioned by several Nord CE4 users.
The OnePlus Nord CE4 was launched in India at a starting price of Rs 24,999 for the 8GB+128GB storage variant.
It features a 6.7-inch FHD+ 120Hz AMOLED display and is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC.

The update addresses overheating issues and aims to improve camera stability and overall phone performance.
The new update version is IN: CPH2613_14.0.1.429(EX01).
The update is currently rolling out to a small number of Indian users, with a wider release expected soon.
Key features include a Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset, 6.7-inch FHD+ 120Hz AMOLED display, 50MP main camera, 5,500mAh battery with 100W charging, and an IP54 rating for dust and splash resistance.
Users reported overheating issues during data transfer, video calls, and watching videos, as well as problems with the fingerprint sensor and occasional lagging.
