OnePlus has officially launched its first clip-on open-ear true wireless earbuds, the OnePlus Buds Clip. The earbuds are designed for users who want to stay aware of what’s happening around them and need comfort for extended listening sessions, featuring an open-ear ergonomics design matched with premium acoustic engineering. OnePlus Buds Clip features dual drivers co-created with Dynaudio, smart AI call noise cancellation and excellent battery life.

OnePlus has officially listed the Buds Clip on its global website, confirming that it will launch in other international markets. However, the company has not yet released specific pricing for each region and release dates.

Dual Drivers and Audio Features
OnePlus has collaborated with Danish audio masters Dynaudio to deliver a dual-driver setup. The setup consists of an 11mm woofer for deeper bass response and a 9mm tweeter for clear highs. The latest audio device has LHDC 5.0 high-resolution audio support for clear sound quality.
OnePlus has incorporated Dipole Sound-Field technology to actively reduce audio spill into the surrounding space, addressing the sound leakage problem associated with clip-on designs.
Battery Life and Charging
The OnePlus Buds Clip provides up to 9.5 hours of playback on one charge and up to 40 hours with the charging case. Using the higher-bitrate LHDC codec to stream audio, users will get up to 8 hours of playback on the earbuds or up to 36 hours in total with the case.
Design, Fit and Controls
The OnePlus Buds Clip features an open-ear design, backed by an adaptive nickel-titanium (Ni-Ti) memory alloy arc C-bridge. This lightweight design weighs just 5.2 grams per bud, minimising pressure on the pinna for long-term wear.
The earbuds come with an IP55 ingress protection rating that means they are splash- and dust-resistant for workouts and outdoor use. There is a six-mic bone conduction array for voice pickup and call handling, powered by a dedicated AI audio chip that can enable on-device real-time translation features.
Connectivity and Supported Features
The OnePlus Buds Clip supports Bluetooth 6.1 for stable, low-latency wireless connectivity and dual-device multipoint pairing. It supports seamless pairing with Google Fast Pair and Windows Swift Pair. The 6-mic system and 6nm AI audio processor employ bone-conducted vibrations and noise filtering to distinguish voice signals from the background noise in the surrounding environment, thus making calls crystal clear.
