OnePlus is upping the ante in customer loyalty programs by adding a new, premium tier called ‘Maestro’ to its Red Cable Club.

This new layer of membership aims to offer the highest level of benefits across a range of OnePlus products, including audio and IoT devices.

The ‘Maestro’ tier was officially announced on Monday, 30th October, and aims to provide a plethora of benefits that include monthly RedCoins, exclusive invitations to OnePlus events, and more.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the ‘Maestro’ membership, customers must either own the newly launched OnePlus Open foldable or have at least three OnePlus flagship devices registered on their Red Cable Club account with a purchase history on OnePlus.in and the OnePlus Store app.

Premium Benefits and Existing Tiers

Members in this top tier will receive discount coupons of up to Rs. 1,200 for audio devices, watches, and tablets with a minimum purchase value of Rs. 1,999.

In addition, Maestro members will earn 50 RedCoins each month that can be redeemed on the Red Cable Privé platform.

The Red Cable Club already has three existing tiers: Explorer, Insider, and Elite.

Each of these offers benefits such as extended warranties, discounts on phone and TV purchases, and even Cases & Protection coupons.

Launched in December 2019, the Red Cable Club now boasts over 21 million members in India.

The membership program, named after the brand’s signature red charging cables, gives members access to exclusive offers, OnePlus Care, and free cloud storage.

The addition of the ‘Maestro’ tier signifies OnePlus’ intent to enrich the customer experience by offering exclusive perks for its most dedicated users.
