OnePlus has officially unveiled the OnePlus Ace 6 alongside the OnePlus 15 at its October launch event in China. The new smartphone packs flagship-grade hardware, a large AMOLED display with a 165Hz refresh rate, and a massive 7,800mAh battery, aimed at delivering top-tier gaming and performance capabilities. The OnePlus Ace 6 comes with a 6.83-inch 1.5K AMOLED display that supports 165Hz intelligent refresh rate switching across multiple levels i.e. 60Hz, 90Hz, 120Hz, 144Hz, and 165Hz. It also features the next-generation Bright Eye Protection technology and is certified with the “Little Gold Label” eye protection standard for improved visual comfort.
Powering the device is the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM. The smartphone introduces the new Wind Chip Gaming Core, which enables an industry-leading 165Hz full-frame gaming experience and ensures smoother multi-window performance.
The Ace 6 also boasts flagship-level Touch and Display Sync for enhanced touch precision, signal strength boosted by 60%, and Gyroscope Sensitive Tracking for stable and accurate motion sensing. It is further backed by a Glacier Cooling System to maintain performance during extended gaming sessions.
In terms of design, the OnePlus Ace 6 features a flagship metal frame and micro-gradient silk glass finish. It is available in Competitive Black, Flash White, and Quicksilver colour options.
The phone also very clearly retains the metal cube design seen on the OnePlus 15.
The phone carries IP66, IP68, IP69, and IP69K certifications for dust and water resistance and comes equipped with an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor. Other highlights include Rain Touch technology, a Sony 50MP main camera, an X-axis linear vibration motor, dual stereo speakers, multi-function NFC, and an infrared remote control.
One of the biggest highlights of the OnePlus Ace 6 is its massive 7,800mAh battery, which supports 120W fast charging. The company claims it can deliver up to 10 hours of full-frame gaming, charge 50% in just 16 minutes, or provide 3.3 hours of gameplay with a 10-minute charge. It also includes Bypass Power and In-Game Recharge features for better power management during gaming.
