The OnePlus 15 will sport a 6.78-inch BOE X3 Oriental AMOLED screen with a 165Hz refresh rate, a big jump from the 120Hz panel on the OnePlus 13. Few mainstream flagships cross the 120Hz mark, giving this phone an edge in smoothness and responsiveness.
Powering the device is the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, which offers a 20% CPU boost and a 23% GPU uplift compared to its predecessor. Benchmark leaks reveal even more impressive results, Geekbench single-core scores are up by 25%, while multi-core scores reach nearly 11,000 points.
OnePlus 15 – Gaming Capabilities
Gaming is the centrepiece of this release. OnePlus China President Louis Lee confirmed on Weibo that games such as Call of Duty Mobile, Delta Force, Arena Breakout, League of Legends: Wild Rift, and Naruto Mobile will run at 165 fps on the OnePlus 15.

OnePlus has unveiled the new Dune colour option, inspired by natural sand dunes, featuring an “Ice Skin” finish for a cooler touch in the hand. The phone uses an aerospace-grade nano-ceramic metal frame, which is lighter than titanium yet stronger than aluminium with better heat dissipation and corrosion resistance.
The company explained that the frame undergoes a three-step process, which involves military-grade micro-arc oxidation, proprietary ion colouring, and a nano-scale pore sealing treatment for enhanced durability.
The device features a redesigned square camera module housing a triple-lens setup, which could include a 50MP periscope telephoto camera. On the front, the OnePlus 15 adopts a flat display with ultra-slim 1.15mm bezels, giving it a sleek, modern look. It will be offered in Absolute Black, Dune, and Mist Purple colourways.
OnePlus 15 – Battery, Software, and Pricing
Rumours suggest the phone will pack a 7,000mAh battery with 120W fast charging. It is also expected to ship with ColorOS 16.
Pricing is tipped to start below the OnePlus 13’s launch price of CNY 4,499 (around $630), making it a competitive alternative to the Xiaomi 17 series and Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra.
The China launch is scheduled for October 2025 with a global rollout likely in early 2026.
