The upcoming OnePlus 15 with model number CPH2747 and OPPO Pencil 2R with model number OPN2501 have officially received certification from Singapore’s IMDA (Infocomm Media Development Authority). The certification indicates that both devices are gearing up for release in multiple markets including Singapore.
According to the IMDA database, the OnePlus 15 global variant has been certified as a mobile phone supporting 5G/LTE connectivity, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and NFC. Its official moniker is also mentioned in the listing, confirming its identity ahead of launch.

Meanwhile, the OPPO Pencil 2R has been classified as a ‘non-specific SRD’ (Short Range Device) and described as a low-power radio equipment, which aligns with what is expected from a smart stylus. Its model number ‘OPN2501’ and name are both listed in the certification details.
The IMDA certification further suggests that both devices will be made available in the Singaporean market. Notably, the OnePlus 15 was also recently spotted on the TDRA database, confirming its upcoming UAE release as well.
OnePlus 15 is expected to feature Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, running on Android 16-based ColorOS 16/OxygenOS 16. It will sport a 6.78-inch OLED display with 1.5K resolution and a 1–165Hz adaptive refresh rate.
In the camera department, the OnePlus 15 is rumoured to include a triple 50MP rear camera setup and a 32MP front camera. Powering the device could be a 7,300mAh battery supporting 120W wired and 50W wireless charging.
Other expected specifications include an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner, dual stereo speakers, a plus key, IR blaster, NFC support, and a slim profile measuring 8.1mm thick with a weight between 211–215 grams.
The phone is also tipped to come in five storage combinations featuring LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage. Customers can choose from variants, 12GB/256GB, 12GB/512GB, 16GB/256GB, 16GB/512GB, and 16GB/1TB.
It will reportedly be available in three colour options, which are Sand Storm, Black, and Purple.
Aside from its IMDA listing, no additional information about the OPPO Pencil 2R has surfaced yet. However, more details about the upcoming stylus are expected to emerge soon as the launch approaches.
