OnePlus is all set to unveil its latest flagship lineup, the OnePlus 15 and OnePlus Ace 6, later today in China. While we wait for the official event, alleged pricing details for both smartphones have surfaced on Weibo. As of now, we can not confirm the authenticity of the report but it definitely gives us a look at what buyers can expect. Here’s what we know based on recent leaks.
According to the leaked image posted by a Weibo user, the OnePlus 15 is expected to start at 4,299 yuan (around $605) for the 16GB RAM + 256GB storage variant. The 16GB + 512GB model may carry a price tag of 4,899 yuan (approximately $690), while the top-tier 16GB + 1TB version could be priced at 5,399 yuan (around $760).
As for the OnePlus Ace 6, the report claims it will start at 3,099 yuan (roughly $435) for the 12GB + 512GB configuration, with the 16GB + 512GB variant expected to cost about 3,399 yuan (around $480).
Both smartphones are also rumoured to have a 12GB RAM + 256GB storage option, which could bring down their starting prices even further. However, these figures are based on an unverified source, so they should be taken with a grain of salt. OnePlus has not yet confirmed any official pricing.
In a new teaser shared by the company, the OnePlus 15 has been confirmed to include in-display ultrasonic fingerprint recognition.
The sensor can instantly detect both wet and dry fingers, ensuring fast and reliable unlocking.
Some specifications of the OnePlus 15 have already been made public. The device will feature a 6.78-inch OLED display with a 2772 × 1272-pixel resolution and a 165Hz adaptive refresh rate. It will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset and backed by a 7,300mAh dual-cell battery.
For optics, the phone will house a triple 50MP camera system, which includes a periscope telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom, and a 32MP front-facing camera for selfies.
The OnePlus Ace 6, on the other hand, will feature a slightly smaller 6.83-inch 1.5K display and run on the same Snapdragon 8 Elite processor. It will pack a larger 7,800mAh battery with support for 120W fast charging.
The Ace 6 will also come equipped with an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor, a metal frame, and IP68/69/69K protection ratings for enhanced durability. Its camera system includes a 16MP front camera and a dual 50MP + 8MP setup at the rear.
Buyers will reportedly be able to choose the OnePlus Ace 6 in Black, Quick Silver, and Flash White colour options.
