Nothing is stirring up excitement with teasers for its next phone with mysterious posts on social media. A few days ago, the company shared a pixelated image of the fire-type Pokémon Arcanine on X (formerly Twitter) and captioned it, “first tweet from new device.” This cryptic message likely refers to the “landmark” phone mentioned in a leaked email from Nothing’s CEO.

Now the latest teaser shared on Nothing’s social media handles is a design sketch, which appears to show the phone’s transparent back panel, complete with visible screws and internal components. While the sketch doesn’t reveal the full rear panel, it hints at the company’s signature design approach.

However, it’s unclear if the device will feature the iconic Glyph lights that Nothing is known for.

Though the specific device remains unconfirmed, two Nothing phones—Phone (3a) and Phone (3a) Plus—were recently approved for launch in India.

Moreover, a CMF-branded phone (possibly the CMF Phone 2) was spotted in GSMA’s IMEI database and another device (model number 24111) was listed on the FCC. The sketch could represent any of these upcoming devices.

Nothing co-founder Akis Evangelidis has confirmed the new phone is “launching soon,” adding to the anticipation. While the exact device teased is unknown, the leaked email strongly suggests that the Nothing Phone (3) will launch in Q1 2025. Described as a “landmark” product, it’s expected to introduce “breakthrough innovations” in the UI, possibly marking the company’s first venture into AI-powered interfaces.

Until official details are revealed, speculation will continue. If the teasers are indeed for the Nothing Phone (3), we can expect more information by March 2025. For now, fans can only guess what Nothing has in store.
