HMD has officially launched its new clamshell feature phone, the Nokia 2360 Flip, aimed for seniors, students, and tech users. Standard basic utility loaded with useful features like dual screens, a dedicated SOS button, and remote device control using HMD Family Assist. But there’s one big caveat: it only works on 2G network connectivity. Where 2G has been shut down, the phone is no longer able to make cellular calls.
Nokia 2360 Flip Price and Availability
HMD has not yet officially confirmed the final retail price or regional release timelines. The likely pricing in India is pegged at roughly Rs 4,999, according to market estimates, although there’s no confirmation on a launch yet. Nokia 2360 Flip Has a Major Catch: No 4G Support
Nokia 2360 Flip doesn’t support 4G network
The classic flip design and tactile buttons are nice, but the lack of 4G or VoLTE capability is a deal breaker for many. The Nokia 2360 Flip does not have 3G or 4G functionality and depends only on older 2G networks. If your local telecom provider has switched off its 2G infrastructure, you cannot make phone calls, send text messages or connect to mobile data on this device.
