iPhone 16 series rumours and leaks have no sign of stopping any time soon.
Now, a new leak might have given us the clearest view yet of the upcoming iPhone 16 Pro’s new much-debated colour option.
If this new image is accurate, the new colour appears to be much better even than anyone expected or imagined due to previously leaked dummy images.
According to a source cited by 9to5Mac, Apple plans to add a stunning gold colour to the iPhone 16 Pro lineup, alongside the previously known Natural Titanium, White Titanium, and Black Titanium options.
Earlier rumours hinted at a colour similar to bronze or even a pink shade reminiscent of the iPhone 6S Rose Gold.
However, it now appears that Apple will introduce a gold hue.
What makes this leak particularly credible is that it comes from the same source who accurately revealed the Natural Titanium colour of the iPhone 15 Pro.
Moreover, the source mentions that the new iPhone 16 Pro cases will feature a new cut-out near the Side Button.
This makes sense because the cut-out could be to accommodate the Capture Button that we all know is coming to the iPhone 16 series.
9to5Mac also highlighted the similarity of the new iPhone colour to the one recently launched by Beats in collaboration with Kim Kardashian in their report.
Previously, we reported a leak from frequent tipster Maijin Bu on X.com (previously known as Twitter) has provided a glimpse into the potential colour options for Apple’s upcoming iPhone 16 Pro lineup.
The leaked photo suggests that certain early reports of a bronze-ish colour variant might not be entirely accurate.
They also suggested the new colours could be named “Desert Titanium.”
The mega Apple event is scheduled for September 9 at 10 a.m. PT/1 p.m. ET.
It will include both an in-person gathering at Apple Park and a virtual experience.
Apple is set to unveil four new iPhones: iPhone 16, iPhone 16 Plus, iPhone 16 Pro, and iPhone 16 Pro Max.
Additionally, two new smartwatches, likely the Apple Watch Series 10, will be introduced.
The upcoming iPhone 16 is expected to get a host of upgrades.
It is rumoured to get a 48MP ultra-wide lens, the A18 chip, an upgraded cooling system, enhanced battery life, and built-in Apple Intelligence support.
