Motorola is preparing to launch its new foldable smartphones, and popular leaker Evan Blass has shared an early glimpse of the sleek new Razr and Razr 50 Ultra designs with a series of leaked press renders.
The standard Razr model seems to be receiving a huge upgrade, with a vastly larger 3.3-inch curved pOLED cover display compared to the 1.5-inch outside screen on last year’s Razr 40.
For the Razr Ultra, expect some bigger flagship level improvements.

In terms of internal technology, leaked Deal N Tech specifications indicate that the Razr 50 will include a 6.9-inch pOLED 120Hz folding display, a midrange MediaTek Dimensity 7300X processor, 8GB RAM, and 256GB storage.
A 50MP primary camera and 13MP ultrawide sensor are rumoured, and a 4,200mAh battery should supply plenty of power.
Though a mass-market darling, the Razr 50 seems to refine Motorola’s foldable formula with a polished appearance, larger displays, and capable guts to run every day errands with a breeze.
For those looking for really premium foldable performance, the Razr 50 Ultra rumours suggest far beefier specifications.
The exterior display is somewhat larger than the ordinary model, while the inside 6.9-inch 120Hz pOLED panel will give a superb multimedia experience.
The Ultra is said to be powered by Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8+ Gen 3 flagship processor, along with a large 12GB RAM and 256GB storage capacity.
A 50MP primary sensor, 50MP telephoto lens, and 32MP punch-hole selfie cam could raise the bar for cameras.
Other noticeable features include IPX8 water resistance and a slightly smaller 4,000mAh battery than the normal Razr 50, most probably an offset to the more power-hungry components of the Ultra.
While Motorola has not given a word about pricing or availability yet, the Razr 50 and 50 Ultra seem like tempting options for either end of the spectrum: with modern designs, huge displays, and cutting-edge insides, it is set to breathe new life into the historic Razr brand.
